1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the website majestictravelintl.com, requesting quotations, or completing bookings with Majestic Travel International Co., Ltd. (referred to as "we", "us", or "our"), you ("Client", "Traveler", or "User") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or submit travel requests.

2. Airline Ticketing & IATA Carriage Conditions

As an accredited agency of the International Air Transport Association (IATA), we act as an authorized intermediary between travelers and scheduled commercial airlines:

• Contract of Carriage: When an airline ticket is issued, your carriage contract is directly between you and the operating airline. You are subject to the specific airline's Conditions of Carriage, fare rules, baggage allowances, check-in requirements, and schedule change policies.
• Schedule Changes & Cancellations: Airlines reserve the right to modify flight times, change aircraft, or cancel flights due to operational or weather constraints. While our consultants actively assist clients in rebooking, Majestic Travel is not liable for airline operational changes, missed connections, or subsequent hotel losses.
• Name Accuracy: Passenger names submitted on bookings must strictly match the spelling in the passport. Airline security regulations strictly prohibit name transfers or substantial spelling corrections after ticket issuance.

3. Worldwide Visa Consultation & Embassy Disclaimers

• No Guarantee of Approval: No travel agency or third-party intermediary can guarantee visa issuance. Service fees paid to Majestic Travel cover document preparation and advisory services and are non-refundable regardless of the embassy's decision.
• Consular & Government Fees: Embassy visa processing fees collected by consulates or government portals are strictly non-refundable once paid to the respective authorities.
• Client Truthfulness: Clients are legally responsible for providing genuine, truthful, and accurate documentation. Providing forged documents or false declarations will lead to immediate service termination and embassy reporting.

4. Tour Packages, Hotels & Concierge Bookings

• Customized Itineraries: Quoted tour itineraries are subject to availability of hotel rooms, transport guides, and entrance slots at the time of final confirmation.
• Itinerary Modifications: While we endeavor to operate all tours as scheduled, reasonable adjustments to day sequences or equivalent hotel replacements may be made due to weather, traffic, or temple/attraction closures without compromising overall tour quality.
• Medical Tourism & Real Estate: Services relating to hospital admissions, medical treatment, or licensed property acquisitions in Thailand are advisory liaisons. Actual medical treatments are performed by licensed Thai hospitals under their independent patient agreements.

5. Quotations, Pricing & Payment Terms

• Currency & Quote Validity: Prices are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) or US Dollars (USD). Due to real-time currency fluctuations and airline fuel surcharges, flight quotes are guaranteed only upon ticket issuance.
• Payment Methods: We accept official bank wire transfers to our corporate account, certified credit card authorizations, and secure direct payments at our Bangkok office.
• Deposits & Final Settlement: Custom tour packages require a non-refundable deposit upon booking confirmation, with full balance due no later than 14 days prior to travel departure.

6. Cancellation, Rebooking & Refund Policy

• Airline Tickets: Refunds, date changes, and cancellation penalties are determined strictly by the fare rules of the issuing airline. Non-refundable promotional tickets cannot be refunded. Airline-approved refunds are remitted to the client following receipt of funds from the carrier, minus applicable administrative service fees.
• Tour Packages: Cancellations received more than 30 days prior to arrival are eligible for a partial refund minus non-refundable hotel deposits. Cancellations within 14 days of travel are subject to 100% cancellation charges.

7. Traveler Responsibilities & Documentation

Every traveler is strictly responsible for:

• Holding a passport valid for at least six (6) months beyond the planned return date.
• Holding valid entry visas, transit visas, and re-entry permits required by transit and destination countries.
• Verifying that vaccination, health insurance, and customs requirements are met prior to departure.

8. Force Majeure & Limitation of Liability

Majestic Travel International is not liable for failures, delays, or extra expenses caused by events beyond reasonable control ("Force Majeure"), including acts of God, extreme weather, volcanic eruptions, flight groundings, armed conflicts, civil unrest, strikes, government border closures, or pandemic travel restrictions. We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical evacuation, trip cancellation, and lost baggage.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising out of our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
